How long does it take to get my items?
Purchases done on the Busted store (https://store.busted.community/) will immediately activate from the moment you join any of our servers. You do not need to be online, but relogging is mandatory when you are online on the server at the time you made the payment. eCheck and Bank transfer payments may take up to 7 days to process, and the items won't be delivered until the payment is cleared.
If after all this time you still did not get what you purchased, please refer to our customer service by sending an email.
Can I use my country’s currency to make a purchase?
Yes, we accept most major global currencies. You can change the currency display at the top of any store page for your convenience. Our payment gateways, including PayPal and Paymentwall, automatically handle all currency conversions during the checkout process.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Our 2 payment gateways are PayPal and PaymentWall.
PayPal will allow you to purchase using either a PayPal account or by paying as a guest. You can pay using a credit card, or a bank account. A PayPal account is not required.
PaymentWall will offer you many different kinds of payment methods, ranging from specific prepaid cards (PaySafeCard, uKash, and others) to credit cards and debit cards.

Can I end my subscription to one of the packages?
Yes, of course! You can cancel any of your subscriptions that are associated with our store at any time by yourself.

Can I gift a package to a friend?
Yes, absolutely. You can gift supporter packs to another friend by clicking on "gift to a friend" before the checkout. Please note that Discord perks are not able to be gifted.
Purchases made without consent of a parent or legal guardian

Can I transfer my purchased item(s) to a different account?
For the moment being, we are not offering transfer services to prevent abuses and other security reasons. Please understand that anything you purchase on our webstore will be for the player it is purchased for, and for them only. For more information, please contact our customer service.

We offer more support through our central support email address. Through this email, we provide assistance across all support areas, including game-related inquiries, store support, and billing issues.
For personalized assistance, our support team is also available via our Discord ticket system. Join our Discord server and create a support ticket in #create-a-ticket to receive direct and live help from a staff member.
Purchase & receive a package
- Register a FiveM(Cfx.re) account if you haven't already.
- Link your FiveM(Cfx.re) account to your FiveM client or check if the right account is linked in the settings.
- Before/when purchasing a package on our store make sure that you have logged in or that you log in with the right FiveM(Cfx.re) account as your perks will be linked to only that account.
- If you are asked to log in with discord when purchasing any package make sure that you log in with the right discord account to receive any discord perks that the package includes. If you don't have a discord account yet then you must create one to get the discord perks, but if you don't want the discord perks then you can just skip this step.
- Purchase the package.
- If the purchase was successful and is completed you should already have all the in-game perks the next time you connect to our servers. If you are already connected to any of our servers then you will have to rejoin.
Refunds and rules
All purchases on our store are final and fall under digital content and cannot be revoked. If a chargeback occurs, we may impose sanctions. These can range from a store ban to a permanent ban on our servers.
Buying an item on our store does not make players immune to the server rules.
If a player breaks the rules, they will be treated equally, regardless of whether or not they are a paying player.
